SECURITY FOR UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS & CLINICS
U Health Security is a division of the University Safety Department, which is led by the Chief Safety Officer. U Health Security is responsible for the security of the University of Utah hospitals and clinics. Security officers are non-sworn, unarmed, and work 24/7, patrolling all areas of the University Hospital, clinics, research facilities, buildings, and parking structures.
