Since 2017, the division has grown from approximately 30 officers to 130. U Health Security currently provides services to:

- Madsen Health Center
- Huntsman Mental Health Institute
- Greenwood Health Center
- Redwood Health Center
- School of Medicine
- University of Utah Hospital
